Which antivirus will find malicious code in PHP files and SQL database?

Hello, I have a folder with a site in which there are a huge number of files. Also SQL database.
The folder is physically on my hard drive. Please advise an antivirus that could at least find the malicious code, but ideally, and of course cure it without loss of performance.
