How to recover formatted partition on hdd?

I formatted the hard drive during the installation of Windows (without entering the system, through the BIOS)
Is it possible to restore the entire system disk?
All files of the system disk were saved, but everything that was on the desktop could not be dragged, is it possible to somehow restore it?
Tried R.saver , recuva and r-studio - did not help

Rstudio scans the full disk for about a day
and where do you look at the desktop files?
what is the path to them?
