  • Restore - no way, because the card is faulty.
  • Formatting has nothing to do with it at all.
  • ccleaner does not format anything, it is generally malicious software.

Take any Linux live, boot up. Open a terminal.
Shows what disks and partitions you have.
Here I have the SD card circled in red. You will determine your size by size, ONLY DO NOT confuse!
Next, enter the following command: Instead of xxx, what you remember in the last step. I have, on the screen, this is sdb, you may have something else. Then try to reboot into Windows, create a partition on the disk and format it. If it does not work out, we will try to restore from linux further.
