How to recover a deleted file (NTFS)?

Hello. I accidentally deleted an important VDI file (virtualbox image) via shift-del, immediately realized what I had done, and started to restore it.
Of all the recovery software, only GetDataBack and Undelete Plus see the file, but in both cases its size is 0 bytes. Nothing was written to the disk after deletion, it is not a system disk, it only serves to store data.
How to restore it now?
PS Do not delete "unnecessary" files just waking up, so as not to repeat my mistake :)

No utility will guarantee a complete correct recovery. Morally prepare for the fact that the file is lost.

Try GetDataBack for ntfs, this utility helped me out more than once, restored up to 99% of data after quick formatting, accidental deletion or file system failure

I use WinHex, the program is old, but it reliably reads the disk by sectors and can restore chains.
