How to create a bootable NTFS + Symantec GHOST flash drive?

I work with OS reinstallation (Win) in large quantities. You need to create a flash drive with the Ghost program (it was so old, but very much in demand) and an NTFS file system (since the flash drive itself is 64GB and there will be at least 10GB images stored on it) and loading the GHOST program itself. There are a bunch of boot images and other things on the Internet, but they are all under DOS, respectively, files are limited to 4GB (dos requires FAT). Also, please note that I do not need to load any WinPE operating system from the boot disk (slows down the operation time), but only GHOST.

Use GRUB4DOS. Works with a bang. All information here: greenflash.su
