How correctly to register the rights of NTFS in this case?

Good day, colleagues.
Win12 Server R2. A network folder with access-based mapping enabled.

There is such a task. A subdirectory has been created in the shared network folder of accounting, in which users not related to accounting can place their documents. Access rights are set so that users can easily create folders and files in this directory, and not see what is created by other users. They see all their own files (through the permission of the creator-owner), but if a file or folder is created in the folder they created by one of the accounting staff, users will not see it.

The question is, is it possible to somehow expand the access rights so that the user who owns the parent folder can see and edit all the contents in it? Or suggest an alternative solution.

@tsklab

If the rights of the "Accounting" group are configured correctly, then inherit these rights on the folder of a separate account and add special rights for it.
