How is NTFS arranged on an SSD?

Same as HDD. The SSD interface provides the blocks with which it works, the same as those provided by a regular HDD or flash drive. TRIM is made by the OS itself.

NTFS is a file system.
Its device does not depend at all on where exactly you will store it - on the HDD, on the SSD, in memory, in a file, or somewhere else.
