Is it possible to merge several partitions of non-consecutive partitions (ntfs)?

I have a shabby hard drive, now I will scan it and I will need to do this (if possible). Do not use broken sectors, but select workers in partitions, but I'm afraid that a situation may occur. when the bads go piece by piece. Is it possible to create several small partitions on living sectors and merge them into one like here https://habrahabr.ru/post/252211/ , but for Windows, since I was told in the next question that Windows is not friendly with lvm. Are there other ways than lvm?

EVERYONE will tell you that if there are bads on the screw, in addition, not one but many, you should not mess with this disk at all. And even more so to combine it with something.
