How to recover a deleted directory in Linux?

Accidentally deleted the directory with all the files, it is not in the trash.
Is there a way to restore this particular directory without affecting the rest of the partition?

depends on the file system format.
Let's assume that you have a default ext4 then something like this.

https://forum.ubuntu.ru/index.php?topic=88932.0
zenway.ru/page/ext4magic
etc. There are many options - google and apply.

In Linux, there is no recycle bin as such. Shopping cart in DE. Deleting "to the trash" is just moving to it. Standard deletion - always past the trash.
Only backup or recovery programs.
