Is it possible in a zsh terminal (or other terminal) to display a unicode-10 character?

Is it possible to display a unicode-10 character? I saw the design of zsh with a unicode-1 character, a cloud. Is it possible to use the latest revisions? If zsh can't, is there a shell that can?

emnip, it depends on the font.
for example, on my macos 10.12, the brain icon is not displayed, but it is perfectly displayed on 10.13 (which just got emoji updates).
