How to recover 10 RAID about the loss of one disk?

We have Adaptec RAID 6405, 4x SAS HDD 15k 600GB in 10 raid, one of the disks failed, how to quickly and painlessly restore the array without having similar disk models, or what other options are there?
With all this, the system slows down terribly after the failure of one disk.

Insert the same disk or a larger one in place of the deceased and start the rebuild. If you insert a disk slower than the others, then the entire array will slow down.
