How to read data from NFC tag on windows?

Tell me, maybe there is software that allows you to read data from an NFC tag (intercom key / travel pass)?
The NFC device is built into the tablet with OC Windows 8.1 (full-fledged, not RT)
There are applications in the store, but they write that the tag does not contain text data.
And yet, maybe there are applications that can copy these tags?

I can’t say for sure about your keys, but the NFC reader in the phone does not see my proximity key from the entrance and work at all.
