How to reach google support?

How to reach Google support? Through "Settings -> Send feedback" sent twice already. By the way, do they understand Russian, or do they need the original language?
The bottom line is - one of the sending Google servers, namely 209.85.214.41, was blacklisted by SORBS and, accordingly, when mail is sent from it, our server sends it through the forest. Suppliers have mail on Google, they can't write to us, management is dissatisfied, correspondence goes through personal boxes... Google ignores my "reviews"...
UPD: Gentlemen, the question was not about whether I'm doing the right thing using SORBS, blacklists, etc. I have been using blacklists for more than 10 years and I see no reason to discuss it.
The question was, can you count on Google to read my "reviews"? Or maybe there is some secret address to write to? Or just assume that Google does not have support as such and solve problems exclusively on its own?

I answer myself.
I kept warming the mail log and realized by the number of servers in the SORBS list that Google does not care about this from the word at all.
The question is closed. Google has no support. Looking for workarounds.
UPD: A private solution to bypass SORBS blacklists and others:
add to /etc/mail/access:

# Whitelist for exclude checking some servers against blacklists
Connect:74.125.83 RELAY
Connect:209.85.128 RELAY
Connect:209.85.161 RELAY
Connect:209.85.213 RELAY
Connect:209.85.214 RELAY
Connect:209.85.215 RELAY
Connect:209.85.216 RELAY
Connect:209.85.218 RELAY
Connect:209.85.220 RELAY

The list is certainly incomplete, only those that were in the log. This entry does not disable greylisting, but milter-greylist comes with a "broken mta" filter, which includes google as well

Even 10 years ago, they usually laughed at the admins blocking mail according to all sorts of blacklists.
Sometimes I had to swear at such admins ...
In general, you should not use information from blacklists as a guide to mail drop.
It is possible to increase the score, but with caution. Yes, even a little.

I have never heard of precedents that Google would communicate with someone from mortals. And he himself wrote a couple of times (on other issues), but there was no answer. It feels like they have surrounded themselves with a 100-meter stone wall and release their clouds from there. Perhaps their enterprise customers have a different opinion.

Gsuite (goole apps for bussines) has a support link. Once I talked with them on a similar issue, they answered that they monitor blacklists regularly and apply for the removal of their IPs, this happens almost automatically and there is no way to influence this.
