Does search engine analytics help promote a page in search?

When search engine analytics (for example, Yandex.Metrica or Google Analytics) is connected on the site, do they somehow affect the page promotion in the search results of the corresponding search engine (Yandex.Metrica in Yandex search and Google Analytics in Google search)?

For example, a Yandex.Metrica counter is connected, and it, among other things, sees transitions from Yandex search. Yandex search itself also registers clicks, but Yandex.Metrica can provide additional signals. For example, users spend a lot of time on a particular page, or it (after entering it from the search results) gives a greater depth of views, or some other positive / negative factors are noticed that are available to Yandex.Metrica.

Do such chips affect the position in the search results? Or is it only the relevance of the page content that matters, and Yandex does not use the data that is collected in the Metrica service to determine relevance?

I'm interested because I use both counters - both Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics, despite the fact that I have the opportunity to independently collect, in my opinion, better data and analyze them on my own. Better ones, for example, may be due to the fact that third-party analytics is blocked in the browser of some users, and this distorts the real picture of site visits. Moreover, if you remove these counters, page loading is noticeably faster.

If, for example, I remove these analytics counters, will this somehow reduce the positive impact on the position in the search? Personally, I can do without them, and only a possible positive SEO effect stops me. If anyone has experienced a positive effect in practice, it would be great to hear their opinion.

I do not recommend removing analytics counters from the pages of the site, as they allow you to receive transparent information about user behavior. The PF signal has a huge weight in the ranking of Yandex, and is increasingly beginning to participate in the ranking of Google.
The absence of counters on the site will definitely not give any boost in the ranking of search engines, and with a high probability it will have a negative effect.

Such chips affect the position in the search results

Do you expect to hear an answer from the author of the Yandex or Google algorithm?
You can get an answer only empirically by creating several thematically identical sites and winding up an equal number of PF on each, then comparing the positions of sites with and without a counter.
