What type of CNC would be preferable for a Russian-language site?

What type of CNC would be preferable for a Russian-language site (judging from your experience with SEO optimization):

mysite.ru/оптовые-продажи
mysite.ru/wholesale

I noticed that a site that contains search queries in the title and link is displayed above ... Does it make sense to switch to Cyrillic CNC?

If you have neat English CNC / transliteration, I don’t think it ’s right to arrange a transition to the Cyrillic version .
In general, if you have a Cyrillic domain, there is a point to using Cyrillic in the URL, but if the domain has Latin characters, then I would not mix Cyrillic with Latin characters in the URL.
If you want to highlight the URL in the search results, it's better to do the correct transliteration in the CNC.

The first option is preferable.
Other things being equal, the first option is more likely to affect the factor that takes into account occurrences of requests in the URL.
Yes, it makes sense :)
