How to collect data from all sheets in a Google spreadsheet?

Rows - names, columns - exercises, data - the number of exercises performed (vasya / push-ups / 30), new sheet - a new training day. Names and exercises can be added and removed, i.e. sheets will vary.
Is it possible to create a summary table with all occurring names, columns and summarized data (wasya / push-ups / 3534), or is there another way to collect and view statistics?
