Why are there no publisher tools in the new ‎Google News Publisher Center??

I go to the new center and see a fig - earlier, although in Turkish, but the site could be added, there was a review, but now there’s nothing at all except for the privacy policy and a couple of links! No settings, nothing. Also, the language is only English. Who knows how to fix this and when to wait for a NORMAL update?
