The task is - there are three drunks, but too lazy to gather at the hut
. I want to set up a server so that I can upload the video, turn on the broadcast, and they join me, and if I start playback, they also go. If I pause, they also pause.
In the form of a website, since everyone has different smart TVs (not an android), only I will be from the computer.
Skills - Python/django, windows/linux/bsd, determination.
Just show me where to dig, otherwise the initial Google is not very effective, and sites with joint online viewing do not exist in piece quantities.

upd: there is a screencast in discord, though it only streams 720p at 30 fps for free.
