Which client should I choose for video conferencing with LifeSize?

Good afternoon. The office has a LifeSize system installed to communicate with the central office, but sometimes you need the ability to communicate with regional departments. Now we use Mirial, but the program is quite old, there are constant breaks, the sound and video quality is not very good.
Please tell me what should be paid attention to when choosing a client? We tried several popular free ones, but there is no sound and video, or the call is not accepted at all (drops), but the call itself comes through.
