How to quickly track new projects on upwork?
You often look at a project, it was published 20 minutes ago, and already there are a lot of proposals and a performer has been chosen. How is this possible? I thought there were some chips in a paid account, but no, nothing that affects notifications or time. Is it the only option to check the site at intervals during peak hours? Or are there some subtleties and nuances? So RSS aggregators issue contracts late, so not an option. Interested in your opinion)

No need to look at the number of applications submitted, for a year or more applications have not been ranked by time.
Use freelance exchange
aggregators Normal aggregators show new projects with a delay of up to 1 minute.
Self-written addon for chrome with notifications + notifications in telegrams.
It all depends on the project / task.
On some projects, the client may slowly look for a contractor, and here it is not particularly important to be the first.
If the client wants to find a solution here and now, then the one who submits the application first wins. In general, it is enough to update the information on the necessary tags and, as soon as tasks appear, immediately write a proposal, the template of which should already be available.
if fast then like this

I wrote a soft for myself, which once a minute checks for new projects, filters them according to my criteria, and if something is suitable, it sends a letter to my mail. In principle, this is enough.
I'm using the upwork API. The first application for access was turned down for me, in the second I wrote that "honestly, honestly, no commerce, I just write monitoring for myself." Dali. It took all 2-3 days. True, this was a year and a half or two years ago, I don’t know how it is now.
