Drivers are not installed, but integrated into ESX
Search for "ESX whitebox" (this is the name of builds under ESX on the left hardware).

Oops. On a mobile chipset - hyper? Well, "you can see better from the Gallery." ESXi is Linux. Linux does not need drivers for the chipset. Perhaps it will be possible to get data through some third-party daemon - this is your way to the VmWare forum.
JFYI: VmWare is not designed to run on desktop hardware. No, it will work - my Intel desktop mother plowed for six or seven years under ESXi 5.1, until it was replaced with a full-fledged server.
But data on temperature, fan speed, etc. - most likely it will be impossible to record, because, among other things, support from the mother is also needed.
