Why does VMware work and Hyper-V doesn't?

Mother ASUS P5B
Proc E5450
WIN 10 PRO (2004, 19041.630)
"hyper-v virtual machine management" service is active.
Vmware starts fine (ubuntu x64), but Hyper-V:

No SR-IOV support - can I bypass it?

Hey! There was a similar problem, it turned out that Hyper-V was not running in the BIOS, see the guides on how to run it in the BIOS on your motherboard, or just rummage through the settings)

What vmware version? Judging by Google, 15.5 can hyper-v. I myself just recently fought so that WSL2 would have emulators on android and for some reason it was deposited in my head that it was either hyper-v or amd-v / vt-x. As a result, I left WSL2 with hyper-v on Windows.
Well, to be sure. In cmd try
to disable hyper-v:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
enable hyper-v:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto
