I have the following problem - yesterday I received a letter in the mail with the following meaning:
Dear user, your adword account has a debt of 81 euros, please pay the balance or we will be forced to go to court.
Here I didn’t get it - I went to the project control panel and indeed there is a message about a loan and a write-off error, as well as an advertisement for some kind of scam site.
But here's the catch - I've never used Adwords and no loans, especially.

Well so if you did not use, then in what a problem? Remember who was given access to your Google account. Moreover, in order to get the threshold of 81 euros, this is not a single day you need to turn the advertisement.
You can also see what was advertised from your account, go to the site, get contacts there and contact these people and find out who was involved in contextual advertising there.
Especially in court, even if there is one, you will not be the defendant, but the individual or organization whose data is indicated in the billing section.
