How to get a report on ads and keywords with reference to regions in the Adwords API?

In the Adwords API, I need to get full statistics of conversions for a period, indicating:
Campaigns, Ad groups, ads, keyword, region, number of impressions, clicks, and cost of clicks.
All this except for the region reports AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT. Regions reports GEO_PERFORMANCE_REPORT, but it reports them at the Campaign and Ad Group level.
How do I get the region report for ads and keywords?
