How to protect sites located on the same hosting account in such a way that hacking one does not affect the rest?

Let's say there are 3 sites on one account - they hack one of them and get access to the other two - how to prevent this?

If you mean ordinary shared hosting on Linux, then there is one account = one system user, so the answer is no way. The simplest solution is to make an account (system user) for each site.

At a minimum, for each site, the web server should work as a separate user. Well, so that the user from under which the web server is running has rights only to his folder where the site files are located.

Are you asking because you are hosting and are afraid of being hacked? You can't do anything in such a situation. Are you a hosting owner and trying to set it up? Understand Linux, virtualization, containers, selinux ;)
