Как защититься от кражи «идеи»

Очень просто - не сообщать ее никому, и не излагать на бумаге. Пока идея у вас в голове, никто не может ее украсть.
Это самый простой и эффективный способ по защите идей, к тому же он единственный способ.
И при чем тут авторское право?
