Greetings. How to find and punish the site owner who copies my content?

2. The hosting provider will give you information if you have rights to your content.
3. if your content is public, what do you want to punish?

2/ searching for the owner of someone else's site and complaining about him to the hosting support service
3/ complaints to search engines about copying materials

if in Russia:
1) prepare documents confirming that the content is yours
2) notarize the fact of theft
3) see whois of the domain, see where the site is hosted
4) sue, indicating the owner of the domain, hosting owner as defendants
5) if the owner of the domain is unknown, attach to the claim a petition to request the defendant's data from the registrar.
