Does the owner of the SiteUp trademark have the right to demand the renaming of Site-Up?
In 2015, I decided to create a web studio. After thinking a little about the name, I decided that it would be Site-Up, by analogy with a startup. Trademark not registered. Today comes a claim from the SiteUp web studio about the violation of the exclusive rights of the Copyright Holder. Indeed, their trademark is registered, but in 2016 (later than I bought my domain), in addition, there is no hyphen in their name. Given these facts, is the claim adequate? Thanks in advance.

Russian case law. There have already been similar litigations and the decision was made in favor of the plaintiff (There was even an article with a collection of these cases on Habré). So if SiteUp sues, it will most likely win.
Interesting, how did it end? How did they solve this problem? :)
