Who registered a patent in the USA - where is it better to apply?

There are some good ideas for gadgets that we want to release. Since the US market is the most voluminous, first of all we want to obtain patents there, being territorially in Russia.
Who filed US patents? Please share your experience - who is better to contact to prepare patent documentation and carry out a patent up to obtaining a certificate? Which patent attorney, jur. organization or department is better to contact?
Worries about the quality of services are standard:
- they will steal our idea and retaliate themselves
; so that it will be possible to bypass the patent without enormous efforts
- they will draw up documents or an application so that a refusal will be received
- will be scammed for money by "unforeseen" expenses (as is customary for a number of patent attorneys in Russia)

Sounds trite - to patent lawyers. Six years ago, one patent cost around 10K ...

A divorce by Russian patent attorneys will seem like a prank to you compared to how much a penny will cost you to pay for the services of a patent attorney in the United States and there fees.
If you are already talking about the money issue, I advise you to first estimate the cost of patenting in the United States, and then look for a patent attorney.
From practical advice (cheap and cheerful, yeah) ... Find adequate US patents (successful, well-executed), of course for non-residents. Find in the address for correspondence or in the column with a representative the contacts of a patent attorney and go to him.
I don’t know how in the USA, in Russia there is a list of these patent attorneys, each of them is assigned a number. In the USA, I suppose, there should be a similar list (it is necessary to issue patents for non-residents somehow).
PS: I am not 100% sure that the contacts of a patent attorney are necessarily indicated in documents for US patents.
PSS: the data is not mine, you can take note, you can not accept it (I personally did not have to deal with patenting in other countries):
Patenting an invention in the USA costs from 7k USD.
In Europe 30-35k euros (taking into account the maintenance of the patent in force for 20 years in 8 states).
For Europe, the figure is higher, but (!) this is taking into account the maintenance in force for 20 years in 8 years, and, as you know, patenting in the USA is more expensive.
In Europe, sending a scan of each (!) piece of paper from the patent office by e-mail will cost you about 200 euros. In Europe.

For a start-up without sufficient profit, it is reasonable to adhere to the following patenting scheme:
1. Prepare a sensible patent application by Russian specialists in Russian, the issue price is about $5k (it will cost at least half as much as an application of the same quality by Americans in English).
2. Submit an international application (about $2k-$3k).
3. Within about 2.5 years, make a decision on patenting in different countries on the basis of an international application. During this time, earn money or attract investments. Overseas patenting budget - $5k to $10k for one application per country.
