(For almost three weeks the status has been submitted to the department) I'm afraid that I won't have time to get this “miracle paper” for defense.

If you make a program on some application designer (rune, algorithm, chiasm, etc.), what is the probability of obtaining a program registration certificate (DB), are certificates given for programs created in such environments? And if, for example, I create a database in access, can I also get a certificate for it?
