How to properly set up an end-to-end color management system for front-end and design?

I know and understand CMS basics for professional color work (prepress, photography). But what to do with the web now? There is a complete mess!
On fingers:

  1. There is a calibrated monitor with 100% sRGB coverage.
  2. There is Figma, a design software that only allows two options: sRGB and disable color management.
  3. A design came to me in this very Figma. What should I enable in its settings? By default, we consider that the designer is a noob in the field of color reproduction and turn off color management in Figma. At the same time, disabling control does not work)) Softina still tries to throw sRGB colors on the display. Although it exports without a profile.
  4. If at some stage Photoshop is connected, then we also turn off color management there. All images are saved without conversion and assignment of profiles.
  5. It seems that at no stage of conversion and / or assignment of sRGB did not occur. This means that at the output we will get an uncontrollable "RGB space" (colors will look different on different devices), but very saturated (usually "vyryglaznye" colors are meant in the design)
  6. Open Chromium. Drumroll ... He took and threw sRGB on the color output ...

2021... And they still can't clean up the color. They develop uber-formats of new images, while saturated colors are tightly distorted.
I don’t know how to deal with this)) Just hope that the designer drew the layout in sRGB and enable end-to-end support for this very sRGB.
PS Judging by the fact that neither Figma nor Chromium want to display graphics in any other space than sRGB, it suggests that the same Chromium is at the heart of Figma's visual rendering))
