I'm completely confused on how to properly register on Google Play.
There is a company. The company has G Suite enabled. There is a desire to develop applications and give access to their people.
Do I understand correctly that:
1) It is enough for a person with G Suite mail to register as a developer, and he will immediately be able to share applications to the organization and publish it in the corporate Google Play?
2) Each developer in the organization must register separately and pay $25

If yes, then what, in this case, is the registration of a legal entity on Google Play as a developer?

Firstly, I forgot about corporate applications, in this case you do not need to mess with the list of testers. Although I assume that some of the nuances remain open (for example, testing purchases).
