Is it possible to program in Chrome on Android?

There are 2 ideas. Switch to ChromeOS and start programming on Android. From here, the question is, if there are any extensions on Chrome, so that these two ideas can be combined?

You here https://koding.com/ . Nothing else.
PS I bought myself an acer c720p as a spare machine, played a couple of days with ChromOS and rolled up Ubuntu. All hardware started up, including the touchscreen.

You can more or less in ConnectBot if you have an external keyboard.

The question is, how will you test the code? There are no android emulators on chrome. You won't be able to connect the device...
If you only connect some external server and connect to it via SSH. And then use Vim as an IDE. But this is somehow quite the limit of perversions
