How to properly organize the work of the studio?

Hello!
The question, of course, is very superficial, but still.
Suppose I want to organize my studio. I am a designer myself, and I know N-th number of really good guys who would not mind starting a joint business - from accounting to design.
I’m more interested in where to start this whole thing - I really don’t want to transfer everything to freelance, because it’s not practical. The most important thing is the office and start-up capital. Credits immediately disappear. There is a client base, as well as partner companies from my lonely voyage. So what is the best way to organize the work of the studio with minimal costs?

You already have the two most important components for a business: customers and performers. Your task is to competently "join" them.
If we are talking about starting a studio with minimal costs, then the office and start-up capital are completely unimportant. You have to become the most ordinary project manager: accept an order, find performers, organize and control their work. This does not require an office and other associated costs.
Yes, you will have to work remotely for a while. Maybe it's "not solid", but it's effective. And rent the office later, when you have a surplus of money supply. And that is not a fact - maybe by this time you will already change your mind about moving to the office.

The most important thing is
customer flow
You don't need an office to start fulfilling orders

What for? There are customers - start taking orders, but not very urgent.
All studios start in the same way, without investment, or on an existing base (offices / employees). If you need investments in a studio, it is not a fact that it will become profitable

transferring to freelancing is very practical
no need to rent an office minus a lot of expenses every month
no need to pay taxes for employees, it completely falls on their shoulders
and other benefits of remote work
