The design is simple in essence, but there are a lot of all sorts of tags and how to fasten them to the new layout or sew styles under the classes of the old one. In woocommerce, a whole folder of the same name is responsible for checkout, which you can copy to your theme in the woocommerce folder and start redefining the necessary templates.
