How to properly configure two networks on Windows Server 2019?
The task is to competently organize out-of-band access to an isolated KVM control subnet from the outside through a physical server running Windows server. There are 2 physical ports - one is connected to a network with Internet access for RDP connectivity, security is provided by the built-in firewall, and the second is an isolated local network, respectively.
It is necessary to set up routing for transparent access from the browser both to local KVM addresses and to the Internet for downloading firmware, images, etc.

Shining on the Internet windows is a bad idea, they will break it.
And so in Windows there is a route utility. You add two routes, 0,0,0,0 through gw, which looks to the internet.
And specifics on your local network. Don't forget to add the -p switch so that everything works after a reboot.
