Hello! The mobile network operator has a favorable tariff, but with a distribution limit of up to 500 MB.
Can I use this tariff on a modem without restrictions? If possible, how?

Simka most likely will not work in a regular modem.
Should theoretically earn in a special reflash modem. If it works, we distribute the modem to the routers

Distribution is monitored, usually by monitoring the TTL value in the packet. You can change the TTL value programmatically on the network interface in any OS.
What you do with this information is up to you.

Yes, no matter how ... now TTL is not used anymore. The only thing that sometimes skips is to change the poppy address like that of Microsoft devices

Instead of distribution, use a proxy. Theoretically, it should work, but I haven't personally tested it.
