Here is the situation: there is a resource (casino). When authorizing, I get into the account, but after reloading the page, I am thrown out to log in again. I noticed that the problem is not only on the PC, but also on the phone. On all devices that are connected to the router.

If I log in from a friend's network, then everything is super. The conclusion suggests itself that this is just a ban. What to do in such cases? Of course include vpn). But for some reason it doesn't work

I have a question. Why doesn't vpn help? Or how can it be bypassed?

There may be many reasons.
Firstly, most likely you are using a common vpn, if the service is popular, then obviously someone has already misbehaved from this ip.
Secondly, on most services, if one of the steps below is not followed, you can be banned again. For example, entering the old account from a new ip, it is automatically banned too. (not your case, since you log into your account with a friend's ip)
Summarizing everything that I said, you need to use a private vpn.
