How to properly configure internal routes on mikrotik?
Good time gentlemen!
There is a piece of iron CRS125-24G-**-**
ether 1 - ether provider
3 - network 172.21.10.0 (DC,DNS)
ether4 - network 10.77.37.0
Vlan5(ether3) - network 172.21.11.0
The situation is as follows, inside everyone sees each other and it seems like they are pinging, BUT!
ether 4 has an Asterisk server 10.77.37.6 , which for some reason is not visible from other networks.
For some reason, devices with MacOS stubbornly do not want to see printers on neighboring networks.
How to forward routes?

By default, Mikrotik devices operate on the principle of "Everything is allowed", i.e. all traffic will go through them if you use them as the default gateway. (if there are no prohibiting rules or nata or marking or routing tables)
The problem with the asterisk can be associated either with the firewall settings on the microtic, or with the route / firewall settings on the asterisk itself. If there are no rules on Mikrotik (it doesn't matter nat \ filter \ marking), then you need to look from the side of the asterisk. Check default gateway, iptables setting.
The Mac searches for printers by broadcast (using, for example, NetBios or AppleTalk), so no routing will help in this case, a correctly configured DNS and WINS checker that the Mac receives from dhcp will help. In these services, printers must be resolved, and in the latter they must be declared as print devices (with the necessary services), most often the printer will do this itself (registers in DNS \ WINS) if such a server is simply online.
