Mikrotik (vpn server) + Windows server 2008r2 (ad, radius server), did you solve access problems with logins in Russian?

Configured as described in the article habrahabr.ru/sandbox/58551
If the user login is in English, then everything works.
If in Russian, then the check does not pass and in the Network Policy Service log instead of the username there are rhombuses, there is clearly a problem with the encoding. Who knows the solution to the problem?491d8c95a32d4651acc703a472dddcb7.jpg

1. Never, under no circumstances, never at all, i.e. in general, never, ever use Russian characters in logins, politicians, ityda itypy. Despite the fact that in 99% of cases everything works, sooner or later hemorrhoids are guaranteed.
2. Never use Russified versions of server operating systems.

Do not use national characters in logins. Even if AD can handle it, there are a lot of programs that will go crazy from this.
