Why doesn't mikrotik ping from outside (via LTE modem)?

Good afternoon.
Connected LTE to mikrotik. Clients have Internet (masquerade did). There are no firewall rules.
I'm trying to ping mikrotik itself via external ip, but there is no ping :(
My local network is 192.168.10.*/24. The LTE modem itself receives the address 192.168.8.1 (and it has a web interface).
These are the routes:

I don’t understand What haven't you done yet?
It feels like ping from the outside only goes to the modem itself, but mikrotik doesn't reach it or it does, but it doesn't answer there, does it?
Please tell me how to fix this?
Thank you.

@Sekii

You need to activate the "Static white ip address" service from mts. If you do not want to pay, enable the ipv6 package in Mikrotik. MTS provides these addresses automatically (of course for free) and connect to your Mikrotik via ipv6. But this is provided that you also have ipv6 on your side.
