In cisco, you can do a very convenient thing, how to prevent OSPF from sending Hello requests to all networks by default. And then open for Hello only in the right networks.
And how to do this on Mikrotik?

Add a network, then add interfaces on the corresponding tab, and for interfaces that should not have Hello packets, check the Passive checkbox. As a result, Mikrotik will announce the network with the Passive flag, but will not look for neighbors there.
