How to programmatically overlay one video on another from one, static, shooting point?

Good afternoon,
Background to the question, I do motojimkhana and in order to make it easier to track my mistakes, I make a training video that is filmed from one static point (here is one of these videos: www.youtube.com/watch?v=VUlASGCab5w).
The question is, is there an automatic way to overlay one video over another, resulting in a video of two (or more) athletes riding at the same time?

Now, if you had a chrome key in the background, then the answer would be unequivocal - yes :)

In short - you can, but not the fact that it's worth it. It will take a decent amount of time - you need to know the software and key this video a lot (and perhaps frame by frame in places where motorcyclists should intersect and in places where motorcyclists intersect with a moving background) . If you do it, then in Nuke, working with keying is more convenient there, but you can also do it in After Effects.
I don’t know any options to make in a couple of clicks without hemorrhoids (and without a strong basic knowledge of the program) from a ready-made video of this kind
