How to print the layout in the right colors?

The previous designer created the layout and it was printed. Then he applied color correction and the layout turned yellow. There is no source for the first one, and I need to print it in the same colors (and most likely on a different printer) How can I do this if I don't have an eyedropper tool in real life? Change color correction by eye? Or make several pieces of the layout with different parameters, print and see which one works best?

1. Correct the layout by eye so that the colors on the monitor match the desired ones (the monitor must be profiled).
2. Request the necessary parameters from the printing house where you will print (color space, etc.), make a color proof, and print it. Then the colors will match both on the monitor and after printing (as far as possible, because the color gamut of the printer is usually smaller than the monitor and depends on the printing technology).

A pipette in real life is called a spectrophotometer or reflection spectrocolorimeter. Not his name, the most effective way is to drive into color by the method of selection. If the printing goes to offset, then take the pantone fan process and look for the nearest color and set it by numbers. If on the printer, then print a series of color squares on it and drive it into color by typing.
