Windows server 2016 does not print printer, duplicated?

After transferring users from Windows server 2008 to Windows server 2016, the printer does not print for users, it gives an error, it is duplicated when uninstalling and reinstalling. Please tell me how to solve this problem.

Delete and check that the device is deleted in the Device Manager (do not forget to turn on the display of hidden devices and look in "Printers").
or run it like this:

set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1
start devmgmt.msc

(and again hidden turn on)
