How to prevent the gadget from being removed from the desktop?
Sometimes, in my absence in the office, after another teacher uses my computer, I notice that my gadget with reminders has disappeared. Records are not saved, so every time I have to sit and remember what a bunch of things I need to do. I sit in the same office with the head teacher, so in my absence, teachers use my computer often. Is it possible to somehow prohibit the removal of the gadget or just remove the panel on the right with the delete button and others? OS Windows 7.

Microsoft must remember all your notes. If I understand you correctly, do you use Sticky Notes?
Try to find your old sticky notes here:
C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Sticky Notes
Watch this video:

Use different accounts.
Or, as an option, use a regular user account - there will be no corny rights to delete.
