How to change keyboard layout in Windows using caps lock?

I found a small capslock switcher utility, only it does not change the layout everywhere, for example in Photoshop. Maybe there is another analog? It's just annoying when 80% change and the rest don't.
I would be grateful for help.

Punto switcher can. Try it. Just remember to turn off anything you don't need.

I still always set punto to change the layout (only forced)\caps\ show language with flag instead of text\switch languages with shifts. Generally satisfied.
