How to prevent pulseauido from changing the microphone level?

Pulseaudio randomly increases Mic boost to 100%. I set it to, say, 52%, and after a while it becomes 100% again. How to solve the problem ?
System: Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS x86_64
Kernel: 3.13.0-43-generic
DE: Unity
Built-in sound card: HDA Intel PCH
Built-in microphone.
Skype is not even running, and it has a ban on changing the microphone volume. This problem exists only on Ubuntu, I looked at Xubuntu, Lubuntu, Mint - everything is in order there, the volume does not change.
I want to note that the Internal Mic Boost is changing.
Here are the settings that I set:

This is how they become after a while:

If you set the settings in the standard Ubuntu volume control, then the same thing happens.

He never did this, maybe you have Skype configured to adjust the volume of the microphone?

Here everything is very beautifully stated: https://nzeid.net/pulseaudio-disable-auto-volume
You can copy-paste the first three commands without delving into it. But if you get smart with these values, you can flexibly customize it for yourself.
