How to prevent dreamweaver from using old code in css?

I started using dreamweaver CC, and it turns out that it still uses the old css version of the code. For example, he never abbreviates, but always writes background-color: instead of background:
I am for the purity of the code, and it really pisses me off that when I write the style in a shortened version, after I change the values \u200b\u200bwith dreamweaver, the code becomes long.
Is there a way to prevent him from doing such a disgrace?

Why did you start using it? Dreamweaver is outdated in every way. Today, industry standards for web development are JetBrains Webstorm, Sumlime text and Atom.
