Why does everyone hate Dreamweaver so much?

I have long noticed the negative that has developed around this program. What is wrong with her? Not in Notepad ++ to edit the site.

Why not in notepad++?
I, like hax0r :3, use ST3 and I think that this is enough. The main thing is to set it up properly.

PhpStorm (WebStorm) is enough for both creation and editing... well, dreamweawer is not "camille" IMHO.

I generally use Sublime Text 3, in my opinion this is the best editor. Well, in second place I would put Brackets.

Dreamweaver is a great program for editing and writing code. Its main disadvantage is that it is paid. But that's not why she's not popular. Everyone thinks that Dreamweaver is a wysiwyg editor and is unaware that you can still write code on it.
But personally, I don't use this program because updates to it are rare and it doesn't have even half of what WebStorm and Visual Studio can do.

It is not the best solution for any type of problem.
There are better tools. Therefore, Dreamweaver is useless.
Not in Notepad ++ to edit the site.
webstorm.

Try Brackets - I myself have been sitting on the dreamvever for a long time, but when you have a built-in autoprefixer, code beautification, error highlighting and a bunch of other things you need and work 10 times faster, you will forget about the dreamvever as a bad dream.

Well, it's like typing in a Word - in principle, it is possible, but not effective.
Of course, I don’t know how it is now, but earlier wysiwyg editors produced a bunch of extra shit code.
Super User :
Everyone knows this very well, but then why "create crutches" when you can open the same Brackets and see the result in the same chrome (under which you make up)?

Didn't find what you were looking for?
